Weakness..?
Well, you know, i'm more of an introvert and sometimes I notice that I am shy to share my
ideas, when there's a room of people because I'm afarid people will judge. So it is something that I know I need to work on how
to present my idea and In fact, I have been reading a few books to develop my personatly.
I've picked up a lot of techniques and tools. Now they are helping me to present my idea 
or through without shy.
